Besan Laddoo

1 cup besan
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1 tbsp chiroti rava
Cardamom pd.
In a nonstick pan take half the quantity of ghee and when hot add the chiroti rava and the besan and fry it on a low flame.keep adding the rest of the ghee at intervals and continue frying the besan till it turns golden brown in colour and gives off a nice aroma.this takes abt 20 min. Switch off flame and allow to cool.now add the pd.sugar and cardamom pd. mix well and then bind it into laddus.
